Employer Services Cambridge Career Connections is about linking youth with work. Employers are an important part of the equation! In addition to our FREE Job Posting service, several of our programmes offer access to Job Development Coordinators who can provide consultation in recruiting, training and hiring young people. They can also provide support to youth hired through one of the eligible programs through a training plan and on-site monitors. In specific situations, we may even be able to offer a temporary training subsidy to offset some of the training expenses.
