Each update will include two profile speakers, a health update by a local vet, a talk by a local producer or similar, one or two other industry speakers and an OMAFRA update.  Past producer updates have been well attended (between 50-90 participants, mainly poultry producers).

The updates are being organized by Poultry Industry Council in coordination with the OMAFRA Poultry Team and the local OMAFRA Resource Centers.  In order to provide worthwhile seminars we are looking for sponsorships to cover the costs of the hall rental, speakers etc.  We are offering different levels of sponsorship for these events to suit both large corporations, keen to sponsor all the events, and local suppliers, who wish to sponsor a single event.               

·           3 year sponsorship                                      $1500     = $100 x 15 events

·          1 year sponsorship                                      $  600      = $120 x    5 events

·          1 local event                                                  $  150       = $150 x    1 event

All sponsors will receive 1 free entry into the event (includes lunch), significant recognition, speaker and MC recognition, logo placement, “Welcome� board recognition and rolling banner (on screen) during breaks and lunch. We also provide an opportunity for you to display business cards and brochures for producers to take away.
